GlobalFest is a not-for-profit society dedicated to celebrating and showcasing Calgary’s cultural diversity and artistic excellence within our communities locally and across the globe. We are committed to producing an inclusive, world-class, multi-faceted arts and cultural festival that will enhance Alberta’s reputation as a truly international destination. Each night of the festival showcases a different nation. Participants attend by invitation of the organizers. Pyrotechnic displays take place over Elliston Park and are synchronized to music with fireworks. Thus, these choreographed pyrotechnical arrangements are referred to as 'pyro-musicals'. Born and raised in Nowa Sol, Poland. Since childhood, I have been passionate about drawing and painting, it is one of the gifts God has given to me, I give Him glory through it, He restored my life completely. Painting was therapy for me from the bullying I went through in school when I was 9 years old. Completed landscape architecture in college and joined the school choir which provided opportunities for me to travel and see many forms of art including musicals, ballet, and opera. I spent a couple of months in England, Reading in Berkshire and then in Kingston Upon Hull, where I continued creating art such as custom wall paintings and canvas oil paintings. Upon returning to Poland, I began attending free drawing and painting classes...
